Booking and Registration

• To book a spot in one of our in-person Solopreneur COO Training Academy workshops, participants must register via the Solopreneur COO website or other specified booking platforms.

• Bookings must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop start time.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If unable to attend, participants must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start time.

• Refunds are not available for workshop bookings. However, participants can reschedule by notifying us at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.

• In the unlikely event of workshop cancellation by The Solopreneur COO®, participants will receive a full refund.

• Rescheduled workshops must be attended within the next available workshop dates or they expire.

Location and Travel

• The location of the Solopreneur COO Training Academy workshop may change, and participants may be required to travel within the Ventura region to attend the workshop.

• The Solopreneur COO will provide participants with the updated workshop location details at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the workshop location.

Workshop Conduct and Participation

• Participants are expected to arrive on time for the workshop and follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop facilitator.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop, with no refund provided.

Liability

• The Solopreneur COO holds no responsibility for personal injuries or damages to personal property occurring during the workshop.

• Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions for their safety during the online workshop.

Recording and Media Usage

• The Solopreneur COO retains the right to record or photograph workshop sessions for promotional purposes.

• Participants wishing to opt out of being recorded or photographed should inform the workshop facilitator at the outset.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• The Solopreneur COO® reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notification.

• Participants are advised to periodically review the Terms and Conditions for updates.

By booking a Solopreneur COO Training Academy workshop with The Solopreneur COO®, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
